David Buonaguidi

Creative Director and Partner

You may know him from:

Dave started his career at TBWA, then moved to WCRS in the mid 80’s, before becoming employee number 5 at the fledgling HHCL in 1989.

In 1994, at a ludicrously youthful age, he became joint creative director of Chiat Day, before launching St Lukes. There he helped make famous brands like IKEA, HSBC, Eurostar, Radio 1 and Boots Number 7.

Deciding to try something different, in 1998 Dave became Creative Director at Channel 4, where he set up 4Creative, working on branding, programme promotion and sponsorship.

Dave founded Karmarama in 2000. Originally just a front for his ping pong playing activities, it soon grew to become one of London’s leading creative agencies.

In a film:

Dave would be played by Eric Bana channelling Alexi Sayle.

Most likely to:

Start his own Vigilante Association.
